After last week’s call by FIFA sponsors for Joseph Blatter to step down as president, Adidas’ life time rival Puma scent an opportunity. Why not actively help clean up the mess and harvest the sympathy capital? 48 hours after this brilliant idea, a deal was stroke with all Zurich five star hotels to print a discreet PUMA logo on their blankets. The deal also included a post-production clause that forces the hotels to retrofit pictures of their blankets in the news with the Puma logo.
